UPDATE:

The second 1v1 Tournament of Terror has started! This time we're adding a European tourney as well! In fact, we added a tourney for any continent that enough players signed up for - which ended up being North America, Europe, and South America (although the SA one is extremely small, I figured I would do it just so people would know there is one and maybe next time around it could grow). (Players will only play against others on the same continent, there will be no Euro vs American matches.)



Congratulations to Zoo, the winner of the first tourney that wrapped up last week. Check out the tourney site where you can view the bracket and the match results and demos.

The 1v1 is a single elimination tournament that follows a best 2 out of 3 format, 10 minute maps, 2 minute rounds.  Registration is open now. Be sure to read the rules when registering, at least the part about filling in your profile correctly (with your country's flag!) and signing up on the forums.

I'm very happy to be adding the European tourney this time around. What country has the best Urban Terror player in Europe??? We'll find out soon.    If anyone has any questions, comments, or suggestions, please let me know.

The Second 1v1 Tournament of Terror has started!

This time we have a North American (NA) tourney, a European (EU) tourney, and even a tiny South American (SA) tourney.

The NA tourney grew a little bit from last time (great!). So hopefully the other continent's tourneys will grow next time too.
