I was wondering if ne1 could help me on this:
Is there a way to save demos to a certain area instead of the default? I know i can just move it, but sometimes it does not save to the demos folder of q3ut4. If its in-game (console command) great, but my friend uses a mac and i use a pc, if u need that information

It always saves them to the q3ut4-dir.

Linux: ~./q3a/q3ut4/demos/
Windows: wherever_you_installed/q3ut4/ (example: C:Program FilesUrbanTerrorq3ut4demos)
OSX: /yourname/Library/Application Support/Quake3/q3ut4/demos/
