Doesn't matter wich one you use, as long as the urt:protocol gets used.

When you use the urt:-Protocol without the
it cuts off the first 2 digits of the ip
"urt:127.0.0.1:29760" becomes "+connect 7.0.0.1:29760"

(caused by stripping the slashes, even if there are none)

you should change that.

urt:// its the UrtGo Protocol, what problem with it?

Its tested under XP,Vista and works fine really.
You just need to leave that file in Desktop or other folder and point to your ioUrbanTerror.exe

I updated my tool to work with your link-format as well so at least the compatibility issue is gone.
