Looks great and playable!
But: I know I should take each map with a grain of salt, but what are electric lights doing in an ancient ruin..?

And a tip from a fellow mapper: the arches inside the tunnels could be more smooth with patch meshes (bevels/endcaps), instead of the 5 brushes you used (though a lot more difficult to align)..

It's not electric light, it's an oil lamp you just can't see the flame.

I've spent very little time on this so if it's a pile of crap I can bin it and get back to finishing circus.

I find your lack of faith disturbing. Time for me to look under the hood.

1) The sky is pixelated. Did you compress it?

2) Given the placement of the torches, you should put scorch marks on the ceiling above.

3) In standard mode, the water bobs in such a way that you have blinking lily pads. I think the only option is to dump the deformVertexes.

4) The scrolling effect on the fancywater is interesting. I looked at the shader and I guess I don't understand how it works.

the lights really don't fit into the map...... if it is the ruin of a coast town then there won't even neccessarily be a connection to electricity network, also it looks like the lamps belong there and the cables are in the walls like in a modern house......
if you want electric lights, at least make them look really provisoric, with cables lying all over the floor to power them, and they shouldn't look like designer lamps either, maybe make them more like in the early video of "tombs" FS uploaded on youtube before the alpha.....

But in my opinion, you should make the map just flooded with yellow/orange sunlight beams coming through gaps/wholes/windows, that would make the map much more beautiful.......
the torches don't make sense either, but they don't seem as misplaced as the electric lights.......
sorry for my bad english, i'm german =P
