Its kinda interesting since Urt and RQ3 have a shared history.

Has anybody got screenshots? I have some dependency issues on my Ubuntu (11.10 release for the mad men).

Its awesome! Graphics are CS:S quality!
Gameplay reminded me of Urban Terror.
It has a very very beautiful and polished menu.
It's just... gonna crush UrT 4.1 to crap when its final is released. (It has Voip)

My only points of improvement:

-The sniper rifle has V for zoomign and B for zooming out. Right mouse button for Zooming and Middle mouse button for zooming out would be easier for new players.
-Jumping is possible with the right mouse button, if zooming out is on the right, I would like to see it gone.
-The knife only cuts now, maybe have it stab with right mouse button or maybe be able to choose with the firing mode as slide and stab.
-The Snipers zoomed crosshair is green and allows the player to see everything on the screen. This would be better IMHO: http://lh6.ggpht.com...age%5B10%5D.png
-On some weapons, you can see through a polygon on the end of the barrel (m4, sniper)
-You get blown backwards when beeing shot? Intended? Bug?

I tested it and the graphics are defenitly not CS:S like. Its just like UrT 4.1.1 with bloom and deph of field effects.
And you cant walljump :(
Ofc its still and aplpha version but i dont think that it`ll crush UrT because it has less weapons, less variatese of movement and some other minor stuff.

Still a fun game tho (But those bots are OP :( )



And by the time that will be released, UrT HD Beta will be out i think (Hope)

ok, so i downloaded it, extracted it and opend reaction.x86.exe and an error message pops up.
"...GL_ARB_vertex_program not found
. Copy console log to Clipboard?"
and then i can choose between yes and no.
if i click yes nothing happens. if i click no the fenster closes.
im running Win xp x32. could that be a problem?

Just unpack what you downloaded into a folder (i used WinRAR) and click the reactor.exe

Thats how it worked for me on windows 7 maybe you should redownload the game and try it again. (Or buy an OS wich is up to date) :P

i don't need open arena or q3 to run reaction right?

oh and the problem about buying a new OS is that my computer is also outdated :P (no worries, allready saving money for new hardware)
