[SOLVED] No text in main menu Rate Topic: -----

I hate being a noob :/

Anyway, I download the game, as well as quake launcher files (?). After opening Quake3-UrT.x86_64 I only see blue bars on orange background.

I am using ubuntu 12.04 x64, with latest stable nvidia drivers. Terminal output is here.

Also tried these instructions, same result when opening ioUrbanTerror.etc.

Same thing happens when launching exe files under wine, so I suppose I am missing some files or something?

It seems the best methode is currently to download the full package with an download manager.
Incomplete 4.2.009 downloads, and bad mirror link

Ok after re-downloading it now works. Apparently the updater doesn't check for corrupt files.
