What does this message mean? When i try to connect to servers, this keeps coming up.... this is a new problem for me, and I haven´t done any settings changes or so, just moved my computer to another house.
How do I solve this?

reminds me of the auth server problem some people had...
the message sounds a bit like the auth server or game server sees you on a different ip/port. this might be caused by a (bad) transparent proxy for example

does it happen for every server or just specific ones? do other games work? does the ingame browser work?

sometimes it's timing issues causing it. i.e. the game server asks the auth server before you've actually contacted the latter.

Not sure about it, but worth a try if not done allready and you are behind a router. Try putting

+set net_port 27960

(27961 for next client behind router) behind commandline (i.e. "C:programsQuake 3 Arenaquake3.exe" +set net_port 27960 ).
