I cannot express this enough, I REALLY dont know whats causing this problem and yes from 4.2 onward you will HAVE to use the UrT.exe and not Q3 (like Solitary said)
I'm sorry for the inconvienice this causes but I really CBF running through with Q3 to have the problem avoided in the up coming release...

i remember having some error during testing the map under q3 here: http://forums.urbant...post__p__238502 maybe the ideas included under the post could help You out.

Yeah considering how close we are to 4.2 I don't see any point working on such a temporary thing. You could use this as an opportunity to ween yourself off Q3 :D

Bocaim try increasing your /com_hunkmegs to 512 see if that fixes it
I've had this Z_malloc error before but it was with texturesizes and I'm sure that I dont have too many 1024x1024 textures, have you played ut4_railed before? if you have that would rule out the texture issue.

ut4_railed is a great map in cool layout, not too small and not too big.
Mapmaker: $NulL
i remember i read somewhere this was his speedmapping entry (which he continued)
btw: when's next speedmapping? around next year? (when hopefully 4.2 should be out)
edit: b0ciam you have to get more Ram. i dont even have enough for some things... (4 gig i think)

if you can run that it would rule out that problem, if not then i suspect it could be map geometry or sounds files.
does this happen on any other maps or just Facade and Dust?

yes i tried this map ( ut4_railed ) and it works fine for me. no problems at all..
about Dust2, both versions i do have on my HDD ( rc2 and v2 ) seems working now, had a problem with v2 but seems its gone somehow and i can run both map without problems.
should i try to run facade_b5 again with ut4_railed in same file directory?
