FS has never ever in any circumstances said that we are in the business of "Teaching". We are happy for people who can and do understand to submit their changes. This is not a what FS can do for you, it's a what you can do for Urban Terror.
Sorry but it seriously grinds my gears with people asking everything of FS without any reading themself.
I.e. Read and Learn the Q3 SDK / Engine. Yes it's hard and takes work, welcome to FS world. :D

Thats not FS world only :p
Thats a general issue :)
start to rtfm and learn by try and fail is the way to the goal.
What should happen if ya fail .... in our case nothing, ya will not lose your job.
Developing crash course:
1 Get the idea
2 learn how to realize the the idea
3 start to implement
4 till 100: try and fail, try and fail, try and fail, try and fail...
... learn by fails
Get the result :D

About the actual thread, you guys are unfortunately gonna need to learn by yourself, but it's not that big of a deal, once you get started :) I know, I tried :p This is your Bible.
@fr3dy: AGREED, I trust in whatever new menu gets released the cursor will be taken care of... Just so you know, the slider for the sensitivity is actually offset from the "active button" off a LOT, like 40 or something I dunno.
And if you ever wondered, the CENTER of the squared cursor is actually the point you click with.
@garcass: teamscore.menu for team based games, score.menu for the rest
