Getting decals to work, first read this: http://forums.urbant....html#msg236790
all of them except 13, 14, and 15 use the first shader mentioned. Those that do not simply use the second. I didn't include a shader for some reasons.

these are at a more relaxing 512x resolution, there is no need for 1024. some textures (some of the bricks, in particular) were minimized to the top-left quadrant (that was $null's suggestion). Otherwise not much.
