Just set "execute" rights on ioUrbanTerror.ub

From the "Terminal" application:
chmod +x /Applications/UrbanTerror/ioUrbanTerror.app/Contents/MacOS/ioUrbanTerror.ub

If this not working maybe you have some other problem with the macOS itself

-What OS 10.4/10.5
-Have you tried repair permission?

Do everything these dudes have said then...

right click on iourbanterror

show package contents

go into MacOS

double click on ioUrbanTerror.ub

open with Terminal

it will start game.

after doing this once your alias will work from then on

have fun!
