Another gamemode. There should be a randomly selected VP that has to survive for a limited amount of time. The VP cannot stop moving for more than 5 seconds. Tweek this idea however you like.

That describes CTF on a pub. You drop the flag for the worst player on the team and then he runs into the enemy!
