and their mapper deserves to remove them 'cause you showed them; which is what usually happens.

IMO those jumps are epic, and people deserve to be able to access those spots if they can reach them. If somebody killed me from any one of these spots I would laugh and congratulate them...and then I would be ready to check that spot the following round.

they often expose visuals that lack textures; this is technically unequivocally broken.
you could convince them to add visual support though; though they may not agree for breaking their idea of strategy.

Only the first post.
That comment is like saying, "SoD and tarquin, you guys shouldn't be allowed to make those movies that you make. You know, the ones that totally amaze people, showcasing the real physics of this game?"
Those movies are like a breath of fresh air, compared to the typical frag vids.
Lmao @ "illegal". Pretty bad if there's no control over people using those places in competition. Doesn't mean that mappers should suddenly go and clip those places just because people don't know how to run a league.
And if you're referring to public gameplay as well, then I just gotta say, zzzz.

To Me this just smacks of whining. If the mappers are concerned about it they would probably fix it. I find it stupid that someone found a way of doing something that takes skill... anyone with enough skill could achieve it... and people are complaining about it. They have a word for that... jealousy. I've been called a haxxor by noobs when playing on uptown because I can make the spawn to spawn jumps after much practice. Should those be taken out because they can't do it and I learned how? Wall jumping and slides take some learning to do right and get you into all sorts of places... maybe we should take those out too because they allow for people to "exploit" the maps. People found out after trial and error and some reasoning that using a mousewheel to fire your pistol can steady your aim while still allowing you to fire quickly... should we make all mice with wheels illegal in league play too?
bah...
