ok but I don't have this toggle button.

and the link to close the sidebar on the right is not directly on the "X" it's more right from them.
and there is no symbol to bring it back only the link (Mouse cursor icon) when I hover over it.

I think it's a small conflict with the older wide screen view from kalish that is already working but now broken.

I have this same problem, now that you mention it. I have the toggle button, but the link to hide the sidebar is about 1/8 an inch to the right of the "x"

K-Meleon 1.13 (same as above since based on Mozilla engine)

IExplorer 8
GoogleChrom 4.0.249.89

in short... No. The CMS relies on Country codes as an international standard. While we could add ones that break it, unless im going to add Scotland, Wales, Northen Ireland, Ireland aswell. Not to mension all the other countrys States / Districts and Governable areas.

It seems that the link to click to close the sidebar is rectangular box which covers the 'x' and then some, and sometimes the cursor will show that when I hover over the 'x' but most of the time won't.
