Maybe you should give it a huge recoil and huge spread after 1 shot (but high ROF would be fine). Or maybe just really high spread from the beginning. That would make the SR8 have a purpose :P

Isn't the DE the most powerful? .50 cal is greater than .44 but makes it less accurate. I would think that a 1 shot 1 kill .44 magnum is unfair. Make it a bit less powerful than the DE but more accurate. And also the laser should not be allowed to be used with it due to the lack of attachment options.

Anything else I think you are making a great deal of improvements here. Do you have a list of minimum system requirements for version 4.2?
