1. I think instead of 44 Magnum there should stay SMITH & WESSON
but eventual the words are to long and with reducing the size it would be unreadable
so what will stay on the other side of the gun, that will be visible with dual pistols?

2. The scratching on the hammer looks not perfect and from what I see the hammer has the same color as the trigger in reality.

Content creation has some interesting problems to deal with as what you put into a digital world generally has a real world equivalent and in most cases someone owns the IP on some level.

The use of a weapon design in a video game falls under the doctrine of fair use as for years the design has been used in many different games as well as movies and the manufacture has long lost the right to deny any game developer or movie studio from using the design.

Branding and the use of trademarks on the other hand is a different story and for the time being it’s best not to use branding until we as a company are in a better position to deal with the consequences.

Well my vote was “Frankie V was here” but was voted down so probably the same thing as the current visible side.

I think the text is way too visible. Having the text show only in some particular angle of light. Also make it something funny. Like every gun having identical blood stain that shows first few letters with slight darkening "Fra**** * *** ****" and the rest only on some particular light.
