1. the slash / on the begining is only needed for console input don't use it in your config file.
syntax
bind X "ut_radio 1 1 YES!"
after bind you have to set the key here 'X' that executes the command "ut_radio X X" (replace the X X with the number for the specific radio call)
Here are all radio commands with number code.
example ut_radio 1 1 will play the first item in the first menu = Affirmative.
To add your own text make.
This will play the Affirmative radio call and print Yes!
You can add colors to your messages with...
example:
will print Yes!
syntax
Quote
bind [key] "[command]"
bind X "ut_radio 1 1 YES!"
after bind you have to set the key here 'X' that executes the command "ut_radio X X" (replace the X X with the number for the specific radio call)
Here are all radio commands with number code.
Spoiler

To add your own text make.

This will play the Affirmative radio call and print Yes!
You can add colors to your messages with...
Quote
^1 = red
^2 = green
^3 = yellow
^4 = blue
^5 = cyan
^6 = magenta
^7 = white
^8 = black
^2 = green
^3 = yellow
^4 = blue
^5 = cyan

Ok, I finally figured it out! But can I only make those new configs work on the function buttons, or is there a way to make them work on the alphabet letters?
Ok, so I put the code in as "Bind F3 "ut_radio 1 1 Yes!" and so then if I hit F3 it would make that command. My guy would say "affirmative" and it would text at the bottom "Yes!". But then if I hit F4 it would say "Negative", which I didn't find weird until I erased the command and now that it won't say affirmative when I hit F3, it also won't say negative if I hit F4. Anybody know why?

I tried bind "x" but the X key didn't do anything. Q will work tho?
And I realized that no matter what code I put in, it still ends up with F3 saying affirmative and writing "YES!". Even if I put "yes!" with no capitals, it still puts it with all caps. So, I think something's rigged.

I think this is the left over from your console try and you have missed to write:
exec thebiffanater.cfg
in your autoexec.cfg this is needed to load the file (when it is to complicated you can just write your commands directly in the autoexec.cfg)

exactly do this and make sure your "thebiffanater.cfg" is in the same directory with autoexec.cfg then it will work.
