Ok i see at the screenshot you had a tiny little bit higher latency. Which looked familiar to me..

Maybe turning off Media scheduler helps. See http://forums.urbant...__fromsearch__1

It worked for my spare PC to remove/reduce that increased latency.

I have turned off that service a long time ago. Is my latency really bad? What else can influence to latency?

The latency is not really bad. But apparently it's enough to cause micro-stutters that you yourself obviously can notice (i could see it too from your YT video too).

Other sources that causes micro-stutters are drivers; Such as display drivers. But than i don't use NVIDIA display drivers myself atm so i can't advice you with that.

Those are microseconds (not milliseconds), it was less than 1ms. I was getting higher than him, about 500-1000 and i had no such issues.

You can see that app reports it should be fine - on what it examines.
--
Did you try with all those taskbar applications turned off (unloaded)? Especially if they are monitors (antivir, antispam etc.). Improbable though since it doesn't occur on other games.
--
Did you try r_picmip 2?
--
I guess you tried bumpy.

Ive tried that all, even suspended some system processes - http://dl.dropbox.co...54/dunnowtf.jpg

Maybe i should try different cpu, not quad, gpu or motherboard - dunno. If that a hardware bug then why all fine with another applications.

And stutter slightly less on your, Mitsu, build. no matter_if_r_simleshaders 1 or 0

I'd center investigation around GPU settings. A clean install might do with the 'brutal' way: uninstall driver completely; reboot; install new driver.
