It hadn't been the best weekend gamewise as I played 4.1 on my laptop while my [visiting] cousin was playing Modern Warfare 2 on his PS3. As scary as this may sound, despite the great tides that appear to have been achieved with MW2's engine, I think I've already seen the limitations (graphically).
Seeing 4.2s visual advances in this video renews my hope in next-gen graphics. I actually thought "Look out FF XIII" as I watched the video, 'specially when it came to the water. I just hope for 3 things:
1. The gameplay is just as exciting as it looks.
2. My Intel GMA 950 will be able to stomach this new graphical overhaul called 4.2.
3. I'll be able to turn my cousins' heads the next time they visit.
Mw's custom built is pretty much shooted full of holes and naded shit. Its used from times of cod4 till this day and i think unchanged. It pretty much now is on the limits where engine modifiaction is only good choice. But about your intel gma thingy. I think that if you have much ram (gma steals your ram) and averange processor your should get averange 40-60 fps on medium full eye candy (fansy water, new shaders if it is optional, bloom and hd textures)
