Yes, by now it appears to be blocked everywhere, regardless of your country; even proxies get HTTP 404. One can imagine the blokes at Universal rubbing their hands in glee, having killed off another copyright infringement before it could harm their sales.

FS could re-upload this with a cappella accompaniment ridiculing UMG, YouTube, and copyright (except copyright as applied to software, because the latter is obviously a good thing ).
