Alright I am just gonna throw this idea out there....
This is for adding a ping ability to this web page...
Have you considered putting a small flash applet on the page that would run from the client and ping the servers? This way we can see ping information on the page also.

it is a valid idea... however, we don't use flash anywhere on this site (Mainly because its being phased out of common use), only the Youtube embeded is used as it stands, which is going HTML 5 soon anyway.
Nice idea! but simply select a server located near you geographicaly :D

Flash, at moment, can't send real UDP packets, that are required to question a game server. So it would require a java applet. Java is long to launch, and require user authorization. It will be also long to display, the time to call and receive answers of 1500 servers. In most of cases, it would take 2 or 3 minutes minimum…
Maybe it is simpler to launch your Urban Terror for that kind of search :)
In future, I'm thinking about to store the last ping user by user server by server, to be able to display it later. That will be possible with UrT HD system.
ps: I have moved the slovak server trouble here now => http://www.urbanterr...-master-server/

I just wanna follow up on this...Am I missing something or is there any way to select West coast, East coast, etc? All I can see to select a server located near me geographically is "United States of America"...which is pretty broad.
Thanks.

The GeoIP we use to guess the server locations is built only on "Country" which as it stands cant tell at the moment between east or west of america. Sorry but its not capable of doing this at the moment. Maybe in the future :)
Thanks!
