Win7x64+ATI - big problem

Hi!
I have big problem with UrT on Windows 7.
Computer Specifics:
AMD Semprom 3000+ 1,80 Ghz
1,50 GB RAM
Graphics: Radeon 9800 SE
HDD: SAMSUNG SP1213N ATA Device
OS: Windows 7 Professional Service Pack 1 64 bit
I installed full version of UrT 4.1.1 from official site. I don't know how i can describe my problem, let's see on the screenshots and help, please.

Open your ATI Catalyst Control and report what driver version you are using.

My ATI reports drivers of version 8.85, and I haven't been upgrading this for a while now. So first upgrade your drivers.
If this won't help, backup your q3config and delete it. This will revert all settings to default ones. And try not to bump threads, this is annoying:)
BTW, have you ever overclocked this graphic card?

I don't think that graphics card even works with Windows 7.
