so i started a server qu3t4 stuff done, edit target folder with secomd line done, shortcut done, i get hitch frame time, :/ what am i doing wromg?

There is nothing wrong there.

That's normal.

So long as you do not get them continuously. When you first startup the server you will get a hitch warning because it is a bit slow to initialize the next frame because it is initializing other scripts. If you get numerous of them contiguously, that is something to be concerned about. It generally means your server is too slow to respond and get the next frame in a good amount of time. This will lead to CRAZY lag.

Anyways... What NulL said.. It's normal.

but i cant find it in the server list :/

That means its not allowed through your firewall. You have to open up the port (27960 - UDP port) for the server in your firewall.

Make sure your shortcut has dedicated set to 2 as well. (I know you mentioned you did the "shortcut thing")

ok ive opened up the firewall, but im getting this error message when i start server
could not load default.cfg

any tips?

done that, but now it wont even let me edit he target, saying it is not valid :/
