any fps below 50 is shit and you shouldnt have to play that way

UrT is a game that runs best at a constant framerate (125 is the most preferred) if you can't keep a constant FPS you're going to have to change computers, I would highly recommend using one of these "better computers" for gaming

I can't use one of my good computers, they're for work. I changed my config so it's a combo of dondon's obscure's and mine. Now, playing with bots, I can make a constant 20 fps inside an intense firefight, no lag.

Also, I remeber obscure said on one post (my video card too old?) that 32 bit textures actually sped up urt (more fps). But he said this applied to TODAY'S graphic cards.
And like that guy (forget his name) with shotgun shells in his signature said, my computer sucks. So will changing textures and colors to 32 bit increase or decrease fps?

Yeah, it's true that my notebook gets better fps with 32 bit colors.
You can record a demo with regular gameplay and replay it with /timedemo 1 to see if your fps increase or decrease (your average frame rate will be displayed in console output).

Is that good enough that I should stay with urban terror, or should I switch to another game.

And again, any other configs to lower graphics even more?

And also any good servers for my netbook? (no jump my internet is slow so I can't download maps)

XD Urban terror can runs on a 1.0 GHZ (but you must have a graphic card) 128 MB ram whatever.

Its 1 Ghz of a weak processor(atom)(costed 6$ for intel to manufacture in 2009) ... and not 1ghz for a processor which is stronger and have better instructions.
