Nice one, we have been using the urt:// protocol for a while now (someone else made a similar program with the same name), on our website when you click the servers IP address it launches the game. Will this be integrated into URT:HD for "out-of-the-box" setup that way we know all users have this by default?

yeah update: Safari on Windows 7 Pro 64bit doesnt work, just launches file browser

Finally we got it!

With this tool, you can connect to any Urban Terror game server just typing urt://87.98.141.202:27960 on your browser.

That's logical of course, but it missed the ping information (or other network information), that's why a dedicated application will always be better.

I've tried one in the past, but it had wrong information, and each time you click on a server, it opens a new process, etc. So there are limitations too.

In the end, nothing beats the in-game browser. Too bad it is not improved in 4.1 (which we will still have for some years I think). It has several bugs and is the worst thing of UT 4.1 IMO.

eeeeverything at it's time. I suppose that this launcher will be open for updates, better integration and ping info will definitely be something FS will consider :3
...I hope.
If we have free-will, then why don't we have a choice not to?
