Well, I'm not part of the urban zone organisers so I don't know for certain what was decided but I think you can stand anywhere, not only on podiums.

Personally I like to stand on Markinhos podium, it has a sweet spot... but I'm not telling which one this is.

The "podium" is not obligatory, you may stand wherever.

I'd like to point out that the reloading spots do not seem to work with 4.2... forcing me to kill myself in order to get new ammo...
but yeah, I don't think it really matters for now
