Because it needs the Auth system which is not available on UrT 4.1

What do the /racejump and /racefree settings do? There's also /racered and /raceblue.

They change the player skin:

/racejump -> Jump Mode skins
/racefree -> FFA, LMS
/racered, /raceblue -> Team based gametypes

You can set them through the UrT console or using the player menu

Hey
We upgraded our server to .008 last night. Everything played very well. When we hit sixteen players we started to see those jitters we were talking about, but hardly perceptible.
And to say that we had sixteen players on last night is a really good thing. It's been a while since we've seen that many peeps in 4.2, unless you’re talking about the Canadian Carnage server which only plays Team Death Match.
We play CTF.
Can anyone answer to the question of us getting dissallowed from other servers that say our |30+| tag is stolen?

I really like that the Auth name is now in the Scorelist. ;) Makes it easier to track people that screw up. Since Playernames can still be renamed.

Yes, i saw that, but we had a little confusion our side. I'm waiting on an answer to direct link and upload it "Now" or with "009" so we can update it as required via our updater.


Where would you like me to send log files of game crashes. As for the lag we have had the problem since beta 006, but it has improved drastically. The server is not overloaded, and I can find no other evidence of network related issues. I can also send you my config file as we use some unusual settings. I doubt they would impact the stability or lag problems, but you never know. I was able to run 4.1 with no lag issues, though I must confess it hasn't exactly been stable.

One more thing, sometimes when people are entering the server their names get replaced with badinfo. It seems to happen to groups of people at a time including myself.
