Well, i would say this about scale and Urban Terror because I disagree with those figures to an extent:
In GTK Radiant, 1 unit == 1 inch
In Urban Terror, for the x and y the scale seems best at 1:1
In the z axis however, I've found that the best scale to go by is roughly 1.2:1
This means that if you want to make a room that is standard size in real life, lets say an 8'x8' room with 8' foot cielings, or 96"x96"x96" (so a standard house wall), in GTK for Urban Terror you would want to make the floorsize (x and y) 96 units, and the walls (z) 120 units, as the Urban Terror player's jumping physics are not scaled to a real life person, so an 8' foot wall seems overshort in Urban Terror.
This also counts for scaling in out door areas too.
There was a site that gave the max jumping/ledge grab distances, but that has long since gone off line.

ShminkyBoy, you've made a repost about that list, and it may still be somewhere in the archives, I've taken the liberty to include part of it in the guide on my sig (the jumping guide) before a month and credit you about it =]
(let me know where I send you the check)
