yeah. i already experienced that myself
i would guess using gametype 10 should work (that's the actual FT)
mode 4 is TS. FT can use TS ents, so you can play any old map, that was built before FT was released.
i cant guarantee that though.
though using TS func_walls in FT should be considered.
