I try this and work!
And maybe can appear a message saying this "Only you can download official programs of the App Sotre", when you execute the UrT updater.

If I remember correctly, by default new mac's do not allow execution of programs that are not provided by the App store. To prevent such an alienation, you will need to go in your System Preferences in the Security & Privacy section.

Doesn't work for me, still having the same problem, the only way I can play is by downloading the client over and over again every time a update to the client comes out, and tbh is ridiculous to do that every time.
Could someone tell me a way to fix this?

I just downloaded UrbanTerror42_full023.zip for use on my Mac (OSX 10.6.8).
I noticed the UrTUpdater.app binary doesn't have the executable bit set, therefore it cannot be run and dies with some cryptic error message.
$ ls -l UrTUpdater.app/Contents/MacOS/UrTUpdater
-rw-r--r--@ 1 foo staff 435760 19 Jan 21:24 UrTUpdater.app/Contents/MacOS/UrTUpdater
This can be fixed easily:
$ chmod +x UrTUpdater.app/Contents/MacOS/UrTUpdater
(in the UrbanTerror42 directory). Then the updater will run.
HTH.
