Where did you find the sources for your sounds?
Are they public domain sounds? If not, do you have a licence to use them commercially?
If they are in public domain or free to use, be sure to add all the attribution requirements in your pk3!
Otherwise this looks great!

Alas, this was simply an experiment in sound design and how well it would work in an obsolete engine like ioquake3. The sounds were taken from Insurgency.

The other reason is that someone worked hard to make those sounds and his only reward was having them used in the game.
