It's sad that the official .exe is still plagued and needs roots/mitsus build too be played without fps drops.
Could you guys work on this? There is no reason to drop any fps in urt at any time at any visual level.

I love that instagib has been added it' was one of my favorite modes from back in the q3 days and i've been asking for it for ever lol

a few things i noticed right off the bat, from the hour or so i played, the rain gutters in paris are more like waterfalls and the texture work on Mykonos is sloppy, lots of misaligned textures and the lighting/shadows needs to be redone.

I don't play this game daily like i use to, but I still hop on and play a few matches or sit in a jump server to chat every once and awhile so the rust doesn't build up too much and I'm extremely happy to see continued development on the idtech3 side of things.

I noticed that GTK was updated again recently which is good news, because that program is a plague of errors and crashes and slowly made me hate it lol.

go on a full server like urtctf or FA, YOU WILL GET FPS DROPS with any video card unless you use roots/mitsus build and even then it still drops

Hey Barbatos

First, thanks for all of your work. Tried your suggested binary with no change. Still weird vid lag and fps up and down. Everyone on our server experienced this issue last night. Also tried other servers. Also tried the other posted suggestion of the 4b1 binary including dll's and still same problem.

Really hope you find a solution for the issue soon, as game is unplayable at this point.

Everyone on SEG's servers seem to be experiencing FPS drops as well. I've gotten down to 24 on Turnpike when it's normally 125

Edit: Same thing happens on Algiers, we were playing gungame

Regarding the fps issue:

Setting snaps to 60 didn't really change anything for me.
A few minutes ago I tried the advice to switch blood and leave brass off.
Playing on eagle with 10 player this brought my fps from 60 to 125.
Switching off only one of these settings didn't help much though. Only both together on off seem to solve the issue.

PS: I'm using my old 4.2 config, but i had the same problem with a new 4.3 config

Hey guys,
First of all, many thanks to the dev team, 4.3 looks great (im in love with p90)
But my main concern is that my mouse seemed to get stucked when im connecting to a server, i can shoot at all. It works perfectly on 4.2. Any tips (a part from changing my mouse :p )
