I used to play UrT.

I remember I had a config file that sets up shortcuts (like drop medkit, drop flag, suicide, etc.)
The file was also used to set the sensitivity of the mouse, remove the mouse acceleration, etc.
Set the mouse buttons.

I am a bit lazy to search for those, can someone post theirs so I can copy paste and adjust?

uhm. the game creates those files on first start. its called q3config.cfg and should be located in your q3ut4 folder. Depending on your OS/built, its either in your home directory (linux), or in the installation directory (windows). this config file actually is the save for all settings, even when changed ingame. Sidenote: all settings you listed can also be done via the ingame settings menu, which may be easier for a start.
