Well imagine the bullet went straight through the person, front to back, busting through thier spine on exit. I think the body falling straight down is very nice in this instance. There is no need over overdramatising the death animations. In fact, I think that although ragdoll physics are cool and funny, that are even less lifelike than thier scripted counterparts. Skeletal systems are not the answer you're looking for. Muscle and nerve response systems are, but until 64 bit systems are the norm, you'll see no such realism.
Oswald, you find the dismount games dumb?? Come on... with the amount of flack you catch from the llamas around here, ya'd think you'd love the idea of throwing someone down some stairs...

Everyone pay SiD 20,000$ for them to develope rag-doll physics, 5,000$ extra if you want it this year BAHAH! THERE!
