Lo chaps,
Thought I'd throw this out now, see if I can get any feedback before it goes final (hopefully)shortly after the next UT release. Enjoy!  :-D

Hmmm, I know you prolly put lots of time into this Null... And I like it when people try to make a good third party map... And it just sucks to have to tell someone it was all for nothing... but....

Very nice map! :D Damn, the sea looks awesome. The textures are nice and sharp... You did different layouts for different gametypes... And theres even a tv showing canyon ;)

Only problems I can think of: seems like red flag will be much harder to cover then the blue.

great job null. this should be in the official release of the mod (even though if autodownloading works, it wouldn't be much important).

btw, with nvgs nerfed on the next release, more detailed maps(indoors, hills, water) I think will be more easily played, specially in europe, and it wouldn't be ofthe same importance to block parts of maps anymore.

Its still important, cause autodownload will only work for the ioq3 people, not the ones that stay with normal quake3, or the urbanterror.exe that SID will provide. Blocking parts of the map per gametype is for better gameplay, I dont see why you would remove that?

I have to correct that, autodownload is planed for ioQ3 but its still not in there. Talked with one of the Developers.

I have to correct that ;)

I got it working already. Its not in the official ioq3-release yet, but there's already a codepatch for it. And there will be a special urbanterror_io.exe compiled for in the Urbanterror-installer, which will contain the www-download, no matter if it's in the official ioquake3 release already or not.
