there would be no point in them wasting time, when you could just use the likes of ts .!

TS2 works good, but I like Ventrillo better because when it is voice activated you hear a little beep, and then another little beep when it quits recording what you say. It's real nice cause sometimes you get cut off mid-sentence and with Ventrillo you will hear that beep.
