I have all the correct drivers. I get a blue screen on starting quake 3. Any idears? pc specs are below.
P5N32-E SLI Mobo (680i chipset)
Intel Duo 2 6600 @ 2.40 Ghz
Corsair Dominator Series Dual Channel @800 Mhz
Zalman HS
Nvidia 8800 GTS
PCPAC Silencer @ 750 Watts (SLI approved)
Fatality Sound Card
SATA 1.5 Raptor 150 Gig (Primary)
SATA 3.0 WD 500 Gig (Secondary)

Running WINXP PRO SP2. Other games do work. And no I haven't tried memtest. All I know is that my machine doesnt like quake 3 and that sucks.
@ woekele Thank you. The blue screen doesnt stay on long enought to read, its followed by a quick soft reboot.
@ Juno I dont think its has anything to do with Asus. I think its a driver problem.

I appreciate the help. I was actually using the latest driver from nvidia. Turns out I had to use the custom one from my video cards manufacture. All is well now. Cheers

i'm lucky i get no crashes then. toshiba wanted to force me use their ancient driver but i didn't want to play their game. ati tried to stop me too but i eventually found a direct link to it.
