COD will never replace UrT on my Mac. Even when 95% of the community moves to the mac banned ET:UT, Q3A:UrT will have the same place on my hard drive it had since 1.27.
SID just released 3.6, although no one said it was final, it seems wrong to talk about replacing my favorite game before the final beta version is even cold.
In the not-so-false news, the ET:UT port will be completed just days before TeamSpeak 3 is released for mac. :} I hate the way the world works.
At that point, I might need to add another game title just to keep my quasi-social skills up to par. By then I would have to agree and try COD, only because it is the only mac choice available.
Unless Doom III is mac compatible and the first "Fun meets Realism" mod comes out with mac support.

I shake my "Magic 8 Ball" to answer the most asked question fellow mac UrT addicts have:
BongosNaked: Will I be able to play ET:UT on my mac?
Magic 8 Ball: Concentrate and ask again.
BongosNaked: Will ET:UT be available for the mac os?
Magic 8 Ball: Reply hazy, try again.
BongosNaked: Sigh. Will ET:UT run on a mac?
Magic 8 Ball: Ask again later.
BongosNaked: !@#$% Mac ET:UT?
Magic 8 Ball: Better not tell you now.
BongosNaked: /me thows Magic 8 Ball into the trashcan.
BongosNaked: /me peeks into trashcan.
Magic 8 Ball: Cannot predict now.
