Running bots in UT4

mabey y must a pk file want y want bots on my own server...y have a public server and want that it stil runnig whit bots.
But how? UT console(ioUrTded) must be opend?

May I ask.. Since all this long time.. and 25 long posts and +5/10 pages I last posted. Did we get on any conclusion of WHY it is crashing? A summary or even a new threat would be helpful. Too much pages, so little information.
And... uh.. Bots for the win. Nothing like go and try to see how long you can survive against lvl5 'ala Q3' bots.

Seems like you are using non-bot supported maps. use maps that support bots.

I don't know if you can change or force a weapon mode.
If you're using non standard bots like those in
ut4_urbotpack_v0.1.13_.pk3
or those by RonaldLee (download from the 1up clan forum) you can try fiddling with the CHARACTERISTIC_FIRETHROTTLE settings in the bots _c.c file.
failing that try a tiger or sharpshooter, level 5

i got a problem, i can add bots ,and they're moving and so on ,its all fine,but if i shoot at them the whole game crashs, have anyone a solution for this?

CHARACTERISTIC_FIRETHROTTLE is standard (from Q3). It controls how fast the bots will click fire. I see no reason to set it below 1.0 for UrT bots (unless you're making one for target practice and setting most values to 0.0), since even complete n00bs can click fast. It's relevant in UrT for pistols, and semi-auto when they happen to be using it.

What map are you using? Only certain maps are known to work well.
Also, I've had crashes even on working maps, if I use too many bots (how many is too many may vary).
