4.1 fps problem

ok guys iam gona show u the worst rig ever proly ok i got a amd 3100+ = to 1.8 ghz i got a geforce 1 6100 128mb ram and i have only 512 mb ram i reformatted last week and now i get 120+ on all maps every where i have no problems and my rig was bought from wal-mart last year for 437 us dollars with a printer scanner copier combo i got a 20 dollar hp optical 5 button mouse lol i mean i can run very high video demanding games such as all Source engine games i use only new drivers and always play on 800x600 i have antistropic filtering enabled as well it looks pro so i use it
