I do see your point here. If this was a single player game I'd definitely want some more realistic "badass" skins. Being multiplayer, however, the game is so fast paced I have little time to worry about wtf color the other guys' pants are. Aside from the white skin, the current ones are great for visibility and make it super easy to identify an enemy quickly. I think the devteam has achieved an amazing "feel" to the game through all the years of balancing and fine tuning. Good job guys, and thanks for the addiction!

There is really only one thing thing to add to UT, and that is all asshat protection. Anti-cheat, anti-spam, name-stealing, and team-wounding.
One way I see to limit vote-spamming is for the admin to set the vote limits (already included), or add a limit of one vote per-person, per-map.
And maybe add black uniforms for the blue side to counter the white uniforms. (I hate to see the white uniforms go, they are snazzy looking, but they do unbalance the game.)
Other than that, leave it the heck alone. Job very well done.
