Okay, it's working :) Admins use

sets sv_dlURL "urbanterror.net"

if you need a auto-download location :)

I set it in mine.  sv_dlURL "urbanterror.net"

Didn't see sv_allowdownload any where though

Good. You can make sure it's 0 by doing /rcon sv_allowdownload <enter>

Done it is "0"  and thanks for the link for auto dl I was wondering how many players it would affect if I could not send them some where.

if there are no slow hosts (i mean less than 100KB/s) than is it perfekt!  :-o
