anyway I shouldnt have said it was an italian server. And it's got nothing to do with italians nor admins, because the admins generally tell people to stop the vote.
I was just talking about players that can't accept to lose once.

In my point of view, the problem is that when an admin isnt there, you have the same or worst problems.
If theres no voting, the gamers cant kick and/or ban anyone (no matter the reason), if the voting is enabled you get the problem that started the thread.
No win - win situation here.
What Oswald wrote makes sense, but on the other hand if someone connects to a public server, that someone expects a fair and fun game.

Nice crowd "down under"... I play them with a 400+ ping and they dont bitch at me. In fact it's fun to play with them. Pretty nice connumity down there. Even though I tend to get a headache after half an hour of 400 ping action.

Well, at the end of the story the real point of the discussion
is that Ayumi rulez...isn't it?
No, J/K, wanted to say that unfortunately things like that
happens everywhere, may be you're in a good day, keep
killing ppl and they get frustrated, so start pissing at you, calling
vote and so on..
But i notice that this happens expecially in 2 cases:
1) The guy who called vote against someone that usually
plays CTF or joins our server, doesn't play often with us, doesn't
know players (i know most of them and i can see if they're good
guyz, that play following rulez and respecting players), they can only
see that are gonna get owned and think only about bots..
2) Votes are called against ppl with new names, who calls vote may
be thinks that are fakes, and if they get killed few times consecutively,
start thinking about a fake cheater and start whining....
But the most ridiculos vote is when someone kills a teammate for
error 1 time and immediately this one calls vote for kicking him...
I just think that ppl need some camomile before joying a server,
that's it
