I think the fact that you're smoking is the only thing that's harmful. If you could consume weed any other way, it would definitely be better for your health. Well, I decided to start taking full spectrum cbd oil with thc because of that, and I can tell you that I started feeling way better. Also, some people don't like the psychoactive effect of weed, so you should consider it as well.
