Player names change to badinfo

Hey Everyone

Since we have rebuilt our server we are seeing player names get changed to badinfo, badinfo_2, badinfo_3 etc.
We ask the players to disconnect and reconnect. This seems to solve the problem and the player comes back with their regular name. This happens without any rhyme or reason at map start time or when a player joins the server.
Also sometimes seeing gears changed at map cycle. Have to exit the game and come back to get gears working right again.

Server Specs:
Virtual CPU Core:2
Base BAndwidth:2000 GB
Memory size:2048
SSD hard drive:5 GB-MYSQL installed here
OS:Ubuntu 12.04-LTS x64
URT:4.2.009 32Bit
B3: Latest 1.9

Any thoughts on this?

This is a common and known bug and as far as I know it is already being worked upon :)

Really, I had no idea. This is the first time we've seen it. Thanks. Hopefully, we get a new update soon.

Can FS confirm that this is a bug that has been looked at?

Just wanted to add to this one ...we are seeing quite a few instances of "badinfo" as well. (running 4.2.010)

Sometimes the player name recovers almost immediately, and sometimes it takes a reconnect / map cycle to resume your proper player name.
Interestingly, when it does happen, the weapons you have change.
i.e. if you have a Glock, it becomes a DE, you gain the laser sight, and then you are stuck with it until you reconnect / map change (weapon list still shows Glock in this mode).

In case this helps:
(a) it occurs regardless of whether you are logged into the auth system or not
(b) there is no change in server logged guid between normal and failure modes

May I ask, as well, if this is on the fix list ?
