reminds me a bit of some scenarium from HL2 single player.. unfortunally I find it really hard to locate some pic of it.. :P

EDIT: just a note, glass shader is blendfunc blend instead of blendfunc add , so you don't get that OVER BRIGHT glass, although it still looks kind of bright :)

I'd lose the spikes, looks like you're trying to make the model look more complex when it doesn't have to :)

Heres some more venice screenies...the maps still a bit plain and there are some missing textures. (the lighting is just the skybox, that's why its dark in some areas  :-D)
