Reds job is naturally easy, it takes around 3 or 4 seconds to plant the bomb, after that, they scram. Now, blue has to REACH the bomb then COVER themselves then DEFUSE it in (server side) 10-40 seconds.
Of course red has an easy job. Of course the timer wouldn't be like 3 minutes, it would be pre-set, as it is now. All I'm saying is this
