Its in no way even almost finished, the construction is about 90% there but texturing and internal walls/doors are not final, decoration is minimal also.
There are some blatant shader robberies and the spiral stairs thanks to Drewfin.

A couple of new screenshots of the surface portion of the map (blue spawn) - it's got a boat.
I didn't make the model, I've twiddled with it a little bit.

Also, I've been saving building the seascape (fish and lights and weeds) and broken / underwater section until last as this is the most interesting section - save the best until last.
Also, it's actually 2 maps at present, I'm making the surface section seperate.
And finally, I've started my 5th map - just playing around atm.
Oh. alere123 with your crappy gloucester broadband, the thing @ 0:45 is a bubble shader test that I borrowed from another map, was just looking at it and will make my own version.
