Did you try that thing where you draw a huge brush around your map and then use select inside to select everything.
Save the map using save selected with a new filename
Open that new map and see if the problem goes away.

An update on this. Fleuv allowed me to look at the map file. The problem was that the worldspawn entity was not the first entity in the file. Q3Map2 didn't know how to handle this. It tried to compile but gave no errors except for not producing a .prt file which gave an error during the vis phase. The solution was to cut all the entities that came before the worldspawn entity and paste them at the end of the file. Radiant didn't care and Q3Map2 now compiled properly.

first post edit no images available because my light isn't working so i got a dark map atm. light shaders dont effect the surrounding bit weird so.. any suggestions or help would be nice.

You already know my feedback, better can't be..
Btw: need tk talk to you tomorrow about the flag locations, had several opinions on such subject.
Also, gsigms said the FPS drops might be caused by all the shiny surfaces we have there, all of them have a 'reflection' and it might be causing it..
