It would be cool for those of us who like to have speakers set to the default sound device on the computer but use headphones on a different port for gaming.

iKALiZER was done specifically for Windows. In that case this could be done. If dmaHD needs to be done like this it would need a total re-write plus different code for Linux, Windows and Mac.
My next step is to re-write it from scratch but for sure it will take more time than a week :)

I really appreciate your comments. These kind of comments make me more motivated to make it better. I hope FS will see my efforts and would put the engine in UrtHD :)

s_useikalizer 0
s_useopenal 0
dmaHD_enable 1
dmaHD_mixer 10 (using headphones, will try 20 & 30)
dmaHD_interpolation 3
s_khz 44
s_mixahead 0.1
s_mixPreStep 0.05
(tried with s_mixahead 0.08 & s_mixPreStep 0.04 too but never used greater than default values)
Realtek ALC 888 onboard sound card & AUDIO TECHNICA ATH-M50 & mitsubishi's ioq3-1803-urt-261110-win32.
Ump seems to be the only one which produce that distortion.
Nonetheless the sound is very good, very nice sound rendering, very accurate, much better than the original revision, I prefer it over ika.

If you use UMP, it creates the distortion? or must it be someone else using it to hear it?
